Love defined? "can meh?"

How can love be defined? Many people in the contemporary world perceive love in the confinement of humanity. The word, ‘love’ is frequently akin to phrases such as, ‘love is blind’, and ‘love conquers all’. But do we actually know what exactly is love? More often than not, we neglect or even disregard that the truth that God is love. Consequently, ‘worldly love’ or ‘love that knows no Jesus’ will be of little worth. It is written in the bible, 1 John 4:10 (New King James Version)
10 In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. This is the definition of love.
