心 Pastor shared about guarding our hearts. Our heart is the seed of all believing so in turn, our heart is our believing?

I like the illustration which she drew using her past experiences as a teacher in school and how right believing in her students' hearts were the most crucial factor in affecting their grades. Their hearts were like doors just waiting to fling open wide. The students in this particular class were seen as beyond hope (by the world) as they could barely passed their tests. She refused to give up and gave everything she knew to teach and impart, however, there wasn't any sign of improvement.

She was puzzled and asked God. He made her realise that nothing will not happen till they believe it in their hearts. She decided to not teach and just made the students share about their aspirations and dreams. It wasn't easy prying open the hearts of these young ones and making them talk. She encouraged them and believed the better of them.

From that particular leson onwards, she continued to teach and impart exactly the same way she did earlier on. This time, there were fruits and they weren't due to her giftedness as a teacher. The students graduated with more distinctions as compared to the best class!
